Bag-It in Red
I've been loving the post-man style bags and satchels for months and thanks to a few lovely friends, I finally got myself one! It reminds me a little of the Karlas Closet for Coach Clutch, which I've absolutely adored since the first day I saw it!
Also wearing Chanel Passion on my lips; the perfect red lipstick which I feel every girl must own!

Lavender Layers
I like dressing up for fall and winter wayyy more than summers; simply because there's SO much more to wear and play around with in these seasons; boots, tights, jackets, shrugs, cardigans, caps, gloves, and, I hope you haven't forgotten about my obsession with layering. Maybe I was meant to live in a colder country; my skin and hair also seem to behave themselves much more in these seasons!
In short, though I really enjoyed it, I'm very happy that summer is finally over!
In short, though I really enjoyed it, I'm very happy that summer is finally over!
Wearing my new black suede boots from Benetton; definitely going to be a closet staple for me this season, and, a staement necklace which was a Birthday gift from a dear friend.
I hope everyone is having a good week!

Hello Sunshine
Incase you remember my pretty yellow fabric Brooch from HERE and another one from HERE, I'll have you know that I love using craft ideas to add an individualistic touch to my outfits. I've always been a little craft-sy and love to indulge in the occasional DIY.
Nothing works better for an easy lunch outfit like the classic off-white and blue denims combo. I added a pop of colour to brighten up this classic combination but the kept the entire look clean by teaming it with nude heels.
I must admit that I'm obsessed with the gold watch(s) teamed with multiple bracelets/bangles look; I've been wearing it non-stop for a while now!

P.S: I've been doing a LOT of shopping lately (happy days...sigh), so I have some really great stuff to show you guys in the coming weeks :)

Go Gingham!
I've wanted a Gingham shirt for a while now, so it was at the top of my 'to-find' list (it's true, I'm one of those people who make lists for everything!) when I went shopping week before last.
Some fun stuff about the Gingham:
Gingham is a plain woven fabric typically made from dyed cotton yarn. Gingham shirts have been typically worn by the Mods since the 1960s and continue to be identified with fans of indie and mod music with brands like Pretty Green, Fred Perry and Rough Trade producing gingham shirts. Interestingly, the name originates from an adjective in the Malay Language, ging-gang, meaning striped! That's because the name supposedly came into English via Dutch and when originally imported into Europe in the 17th century it was a striped fabric, though now it is distinguished by its checkered pattern!
Wearing:
Gingham shirt and long white tank: thrifted, tights: Benetton, strappy sandals: Carlo Bruni, Bag: Accessorize, multi-strand necklace: thrifted

New Shoes!
You guys! I bought new shoes! Infact last Saturday I went shopping in general after the longest time ever and it was the best feeling :)
They're simple suede gladiator (almost) flats in nude; something I needed for everyday wear to college and work. And, my love affair with florals this summer continued as I added another floral shirt to my wardrobe!
I've never been very good at Math, but, I recently came up with the following formula:
Jeans/Pants + Belt + Shirt + 1 nice accessory = My pick for easy-breezy work outfit (especially for those groggy mornings your brain refuses to work)
Wearing:
Jeans and belt: Benetton, floral shirt: American Outfitters, sling bag: Salvatore Ferragamo, strappy sandals: Carlo Bruni

Working Gal
Hello!
So, I know my post title is a little cheezy, but, I just started my summer internship and its my first internship/working experince in a 'real' office ever! and I'm so exited!
I've been a little confused on how to dress up for work; casual and comfortable but still put-together and chic is what I'm trying to go for. I haven't quite figured out my office-outfit style yet (which also explains the lack of daily outfit posts the past week) but, I think I'm getting back on track!
I promise a fun work outfit tmr :)
This is what I wore to work on one of the days this past week.
I hope everyone is having a nice summer vacation full of family, friends and fun!
Have a lovely week ahead and thanks for stopping by.
Love

Wide(n) Your View
Wide legged pants have been making a comeback for a while (check out how I wore them in an earlier post HERE) and I'm all for this awesome trend :)
I can't live without my skinnies, but wide legged jeans are the comfiest thing ever! they feel like big pajamas (that you can wear in public).
I've had this pair of Benetton jeans for over 7 years now, thank the lord I never threw them away and that they still fit me, it sure helped me save a few bucks!
What goes around comes around eh?
Wearing:
White tank and ruched sleeve top: Forever 21, Scarf: thrifted (50 rupees = 1 $), jeans: Benetton, black wedges: Bella, belt: thrifted, bangles: gift from friend
I learnt how to tie my scarf in this innovative way (I basically tied both the ends together, made a loop, put it around my neck and belted it. You know I'd belt anything right?) from a lovely lady named Sydney; you can check out her husband and her awesome blog HERE, it's called The Daybook :D

Pink Presentation
This is what I wore to college today for an exam + presentation, don't I look professional? :P
The pink of this sweater is one of my favourite colours, it always makes me really happy!
Wearing:
Black shirt and pink wool + angora sweater: Benetton, Linen skirt: Zingrin, tights: local market, belt: thrifted, heels: Bangkok
I don't really have many formal clothes, so I try and do all the re-mixing possible with the few pieces I have (I wore the same skirt for a presentation last semester HERE), I have 2 more presentations lined up this week, so you guys will be seeing some more of my remixing talents :)
Short post today since I should really be studying if I plan on passing tomorrow!
P.S
I've done this assignment for my 'Fashion Forecasting' subject at school which I present tomorrow. I've made some theme and fabric boards for that (my theme is 'Gothic Romance', exiting no?) and I'm going to show you guys all my artwork soon! :)

Take 2
I have my 'go to' outfits for days when I can't think of what to wear (yes, just like everyone else I have those days to).
I wore the same sweater (which is my brothers!) a while back in a 'different but similar' outfit, for todays outfit I just played with the color of the tights and the accessories a little but kept the essential look the same. You can see the earlier look in an earlier post HERE.
Here's a sneak peak:
I'd love to know which one you liked more?
Wearing:
Over-sized pullover: Brother's, tights: Bangkok thrift, Black dress (worn under): Benetton, black scarf and belts: thrift, Suede boots: Charlotte Russe
The black scarf I'm wearing in this post isn't actually an infinity scarf, but since I thought it would look nice with my outfit, I just knotted up the ends of my regular scarf and put the knot at the back and VOILA!
My classmate and friend Suhani has become my second photographer now :)
Thank you!

Of Furry Boots and the Eiffel Tower
Day II of semester II and this is what I wore to college.
I went thrift shopping with my girlfriends after class and got some very cute stuff which I'll be sharing on the blog soon :).
I wear a minimum of two sweaters nowadays and I'm bringing out all the warm boots and polo-necks I own! I often wonder what I'd do if I were actually born in a cold country like Canada! I have zero resistance to cold!
Wearing:
Black polo-neck sweater and open creme hooded sweater: Benetton, Electric blue jeans: Fifth Avenue, Boots: South Extension Market (last year), Pendant: present
My friends gave me my birthday present the other day (my birthday was in October so it's a little late, but the presents make up for it :)). This Eiffel Tower chain pendant is one of them and the moment I saw it I instantly fell in love :)
Don't we all just LOVE presents?
My beaten up furry boots = Warmth + Comfort = :D

Love
