Electric Blue Leopard

School is unofficially over for me, and I start my internship next week (Exciting & scary at the same time? Yes!) I was getting all 'I miss you' over my awesome school and classmates today morning and started going through my photo archives when I came across this outfit from November'11, shot outside the Design Studio at my school.

I tried something a lil different with this outfit, using only 3 colours , but in a slightly whacky way :P

Wearing: Ribbed tee: Nordstrom, Cardigan and boots: Charlotte Russe, animal print scarf: thrifted, Jeans: ?

How's 2012 treating everyone till now?

Wide(n) Your View

Wide legged pants have been making a comeback for a while (check out how I wore them in an earlier post HERE) and I'm all for this awesome trend :)
I can't live without my skinnies, but wide legged jeans are the comfiest thing ever! they feel like big pajamas (that you can wear in public).

I've had this pair of Benetton jeans for over 7 years now, thank the lord I never threw them away and that they still fit me, it sure helped me save a few bucks!
What goes around comes around eh?

Wearing:
White tank and ruched sleeve top: Forever 21, Scarf: thrifted (50 rupees = 1 $), jeans: Benetton, black wedges: Bella, belt: thrifted, bangles: gift from friend

I learnt how to tie my scarf in this innovative way (I basically tied both the ends together, made a loop, put it around my neck and belted it. You know I'd belt anything right?) from a lovely lady named Sydney; you can check out her husband and her awesome blog HERE, it's called The Daybook :D

A Little Change

This outfit combines a few of my current favorite things: animal prints, khaki pants and cage heels (did I mention quited chain bags ? :))
I've worn a very similar outfit HERE, I clicked these pictures the same day, but didn't put them up for some reason. I love changing a few key items but keeping the same base outfit and still getting different looks, that's what I was trying to do here.
It's just a change of one piece of clothing, but, I feel it gives 2 different vibes to my look, what do you think?

This season I've been leaning towards neutral-classic tones: nudes, black, navy blue and browns somehow... hmmm

Believe it or not that scarf is some 15 years old!, it has tiny holes in it now but I still adore it! It used to be my mom's before I stole it from her :)
