Maxi-mize

Wore this floral printed maxi dress over the weekend with my new shoes and I've reached a conclusion that there's no heel as comfortable and chic as the wedge!

ANiMaL iNsPiRAtiOn

When I saw these stunning photographs of Model Natasha Polly in an animal print dress, it reminded me of this leopard print blouse which I wore (and clicked) when I first started my blog

I love how the leaf pattern on my belt adds to the whole jungle-nature (yes, it's true, I use funny word associations sometimes) vibe of the outfit in a very subtle manner while still adding some much needed bling!

Skirt: Bangkok (from a school uniform shop), blouse: Vintage, belt: Accessorize (I just played around with the belt and turned it around to get a look with both; the buckle and the leaf design), wedges: Bella, bangles: thrifted

Love Thy Lace

So, two of my best friends had a rooftop birthday party this week and it was so much FUN!

I'd been thinking of wearing this girl-y black lace dress with bold red lipstick since a while (inspired by many Hollywood beauties and a friend who carry it off so well ;)), and this seemed like the perfect occasion to give it a  go!

The outfit made me feel a little Spanish for some reason!

I've decided to find the perfect 'RED' for my lips and wear it more often, I feel every girl should own a red lipstick.

My supremely old black wedges which are more comfy than many of my flats!
