Floral Fiesta

I've really been coveting floral prints these past few months, and that made me dig out this AND by Anita Dongre dress that I've owned for years. It has skimpy noodle straps, so, I just paired it with this canary yellow cover-up (that I knotted in the front to give it some shape and help accentuate my waist; maybe knotting stuff is my answer to not belting everything :P).

 Wearing:
Dress: AND by Anita Dongre, Cover-up: gift, metallic sandals: Cobbler in Mussourie, Bag: Accessorize, bangles: thrifted and gifted

I hope everyone is having a good week.

Sunday Sun

I've worn this outfit to school twice in the past month but never got a chance to click it, so, today when my best from school Swati came over for a fun day-spend (that's right, we still have those :P), she was the perfect person to click for me! She has a great eye for style and design and we can't stop talking about clothes, fashion and shopping (and almost anything under the sun) whenever we meet. Nothing beats hanging out with your girlfriends!
Today was such a fun day :)

Wearing:
Dress: thrifted, pendants: gift and self-made, belt: from a pair of pants, faux snake-skin flats: Charlotte Russe, rings: Dharamsala and Silofer (GK 1 M-Block market, New Delhi), Little hat (worn as brooch): gift from friend (what can I say, I have nice friends :)), Nail-paint: Chanel 217 Splendeur

I'm really enjoying wearing easy-breezy dresses this summer especially in floral prints (case in point)
What do your summer-staples consist of?

Grey Matter

This is an outfit I wore a really long time ago, but somehow never posted (I wonder why).
I really enjoy wearing pretty dresses when the weather permits and I'm looking forward to buying and wearing lots of Maxi Dresses this season.
What's your favorite dress style?  mini, maxi, solid, printed, striped, ruffled or...???

Wearing:
A 100% thrifted outfit; it's true, from the jelly flats to the puffed sleeved blazer; it's all thrifted!
Flats: Bangkok, dress: Delhi, blazer and pendant: Hong-Kong

I love the lines and silhouette of this blazer and its 100% cotton which makes it perfect to wear over dresses in spring!
